Two servers: port 8400 is the stable copy, 8401 is work in progress; the Thousandvale game server (8490, and its live link) shows this same page (tools/README-servers.md). Conventions are in CLAUDE.md; how to build a game from these pieces is in GAME-GUIDE.md.
